SHIPPING POLICY
Currently we are offering Victoria-wide delivery for a flat fee of $10. If you know someone from the team at Wake Eildon, simply contact them and organise Pick Up.
All orders are currently shipped same day or the next business day.
We use Australia Post to ensure safe & secure delivery of your items, which usually takes 2-4 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your Wake Eildon online purchase comes damaged or not as shown on our website, simply return it to us within 21 days and we will issue you a refund or exchange for the product. Returns (other than for identified faults) must be in as-new condition with tags attached and not damaged, marked or used.
Item must be returned within 21 days of purchase. Please allow 7 - 10 days for returns to be processed before contacting customer service.
